John Thomas SEDGEWICK (1861-????) was a "Scavenging Night Soil Man" (1901) in Thornaby-on-Tees, North Riding Yorkshire. He was born in Richmond, NRY. He married Catherine E. LANE (1859-????) in 1882 in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham. They had six children, of which was Laura Ann SEDGEWICK (1Feb1884-????), my great-grandmother.
